Good to know
Smart film, explained simply.
Does the film become perfectly invisible?
No. Transparent mode keeps the view open, but PDLC film has a slight natural haze. We show and state this clearly so customers know what to expect.
What happens if the power goes out?
The film switches to frosted privacy mode when power is off. It is clear while powered on.
Do I need to replace my window?
No. VEILUMO is self-adhesive film designed to be applied to suitable existing indoor glass.
Can I order one custom panel?
Yes. Each panel can be produced individually from your submitted measurements.
How accurate must my measurements be?
Very accurate. The panel is custom-made and we do not automatically subtract clearance. Measure the intended finished film area multiple times before ordering.
Is it suitable for bathrooms?
Only when all film edges and electrical connections are professionally sealed against moisture. Water ingress is excluded from warranty coverage.
